The space

Nice and spacious property with Toilet amenities and much more.
If you are a family of more than 4 up to 10 adults, we can arrange multiple rooms on the same floor or inter-connecting rooms to make you all feel comfortable in the same place but it’s subject to availability, and advance notice is required.
We have Multiple Rooms Available in the Same Building with many layouts and designs which will be assigned to you upon your arrival and subject to availability.

Guest access

The Guest will receive access room key card after check-in is proceeded.
Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.
Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always valid ID or Passport needs to be registered at reception to get access for your visitors or family members additional charges may apply as per the property policy.

Interaction with guests

This property has a 24/7 Concierge and Reception team available to help and assist guests with check-in and
luggage transfers will be done by the concierge team upon request.
New York, Washington, Miami, Florida, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Chicago activities Tours can be arranged for all guests upon request and subject to availability with additional charge as per the Tour.
Car Rentals also can be arranged by our professional team subject to advance notice.

No pets allowed.
Amenity fee/ Resort fee / taxes / destination fee: 22 USD need to pay upon arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit/incidental charges: 50 USD per room per night via card need to pay upon arrival.
Parking fee: 50 USD per night need to pay upon arrival.
