Please note we have several cancellation policies which are linked with your booking window property and services. Some standard policies are mentioned below.

if cancelled before 3 Days of your arrival get a full refund (On Selected Properties) 100%

if cancelled before 7 Days of your arrival get a full refund (On Selected Properties) 100%

if cancelled before 2 days of your arrival 100% room rate will be charged (On selected properties) 100%

If the booking is cancelled for a monthly stay, then 2 Nights will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded (Valid and Solid Reason will be required) 50%

If a booking was cancelled due to COVID-19 related issue or Client got Positive Corona or the Flight suspended by UAE Government in this case a full refund will be applied subject to relevant documents provided by the client/guest/partners. 0%

If the booking is cancelled because of no Valid ID or Passport Provided to the property on the day of arrival, then 100% room rental will charge. 100%

Property has the right to cancel the booking if the guest does not follow house rules and creates a disturbance or performs the illegal activity within the property or inside the room and NO REFUND policy will be applied. 100%
