If you are a family of more than 4 up to 10 adults, we can arrange multiple rooms on the same floor or inter-connecting rooms to make you all feel comfortable in the same place but it’s subject to availability and advance notice is required.

Guest access

The guest will receive the access room key card after the check-in is proceed.
Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.
Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always Valid ID Passport needs to be registered at the
reception and approved by the reception to get access for your visitor's friends or family members.
Additional charges may apply as per the Property’s Policy

Interaction with guests

This property has a 24/7 Concierge and Reception team available to help and assist guests.
Luggage transfers will be done by the concierge team upon request.
Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi Excursions can be booked for all guests upon request and subject to
availability with additional charge as per the Tour.
Car Rentals also can be arranged by our professional team subject to advance notice.

Other things to note

Please note, TDF (Tourism Dirham Fees) is not included in your room rate which will be payable at
the reception upon check in.
Please note, Property has the right to keep the deposit amount Between AED 200 to 2000 Subject to
your stay period and number of nights/ months, the deposit amount will be refunded upon
departure.
Pictures shown in each property is exactly same as the actual apartment, Pictures are provided by
property management.
